This website publishes Carlos Garavito's profile, projects and public work. This notice explains who runs the site and the limited data processing involved in visiting it.

## Data this site does not collect

The site has no user accounts, contact forms, checkout or payment flow, subscriptions, analytics or tracking tools. It does not set cookies. If you choose to email Carlos, your message is handled through your email provider and his for the purpose of replying.

## Site delivery and theme preference

Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and may process request data needed to provide and secure it. The site stores only your light or dark theme preference in your browser's localStorage; it stays on your device and is not a cookie.

Links to third-party websites, including Calendly for bookings, GitHub for source code and the tokenmax usage board, open services governed by their own privacy and legal terms. Carlos is not responsible for their content or data practices. tokenmax at https://tokenmax.carlos-garavito.workers.dev is a separate service by the same controller. Signing in there with GitHub stores your GitHub login and avatar, the machine ids you register and your daily token usage, sets two short-lived session cookies during sign-in, and publishes a usage summary under your login. To delete that data, email carlos@cgaravito.dev.
